These terms are an agreement between you and WebOps ("we", "us") for the Loop Riot mobile game (the "Game"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not play.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and is responsible for any purchases you make.
2. Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial fun. We own the Game and everything in it, including its code, art, characters, music and name. Nothing in these terms gives you ownership of any part of it.
3. Coins, gems, heroes and other virtual items
- Coins, gems, chests, cards, heroes and other items in the Game ("virtual items") have no value outside the Game. They cannot be exchanged for real money or sold or traded outside the Game.
- When you get a virtual item, whether by playing or by paying, you receive a limited licence to use it in the Game. You do not own it.
- We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items to keep the Game fair and fun.
- Chests give random rewards. The chances of each reward are shown in the Game.
- Progress is saved on your device. If you uninstall the Game, delete its data, or lose your device without a backup, your progress and virtual items may be lost.
4. Purchases and refunds
Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Prices are shown in the Game before you buy. Apart from where the law says otherwise, all purchases are final.
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from:

"Go ad-free" removes the ads shown between matches. Reward ads that you choose to watch stay available. You can restore this purchase on a new device with the same store account using Settings > Restore purchases.
5. Ads
The Game is free and is supported by ads. Some rewards can be earned by choosing to watch an ad. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the products or websites they advertise.
6. Fair play
You agree not to:
- cheat, or use bots, hacks, modified versions of the Game or tools that give you an unfair advantage;
- take advantage of bugs — please report them to us instead;
- copy, change, reverse-engineer or resell the Game or any part of it, except where the law allows;
- use the Game for anything illegal, harmful or abusive.
If you break these rules, we may reset your progress or stop you from using the Game.
7. Changes to the Game
We are always working on the Game. We may add, change or remove features, modes, heroes or events, and we may need to stop offering the Game one day. If we stop offering the Game, we will try to give reasonable notice in the Game.
8. No warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available, free of bugs, or suit your needs.
9. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, progress or virtual items. Our total liability to you for any claim about the Game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
10. Apple devices
If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store: these terms are between you and WebOps, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Game, its content, maintenance, support or any claims about it. If the Game fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may tell Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price; beyond that, Apple has no warranty duty for the Game. Apple is not responsible for any third-party claim that the Game infringes someone's intellectual property. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not in a country under a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
11. Ending these terms
You can stop playing at any time by deleting the Game. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms. Sections 3, 8, 9 and 12 continue after these terms end.
12. General
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where WebOps is based, without taking away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top, and if the changes are important we will tell you in the Game. If you keep playing after an update, you accept the new terms.
