Loop Riot has no sign-up and no account with a name, email or password. The game identifies you only by a random player ID. You can delete your data at any time, in the game or by email.
Option 1: in the game (fastest)
- Open Loop Riot.
- Tap Settings (the gear icon on the Home screen).
- Tap Privacy.
- Tap Delete my data, then Delete to confirm.
This happens straight away and cannot be undone. The game starts again from the beginning with a new player ID.
Option 2: ask us by email
If you no longer have the game installed, or you want us to delete anything held by our service providers, email [email protected] with the subject "Loop Riot — delete my data". Please include:
- whether you play on iPhone or Android;
- your phone model;
- roughly when you last played;
- for purchases, the order number from your Apple or Google receipt.
We will confirm and complete your request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your game progress: coins, gems, heroes, cards, chests, rank, missions and match history.
- Your settings and your player ID.
- Gameplay statistics and crash reports linked to your player ID, when you ask us by email.
- Your support emails, when you ask us by email.
What is kept, and for how long

Good to know. Uninstalling the game removes the progress saved on your phone. Delete my data in the game also removes the copy of your progress in iCloud. On Android, your phone's next backup replaces the old copy. Once Loop Riot saves to Google Play Games, you can also delete that copy in the Play Games app under Settings > Delete Play Games account & data. Purchases you made are tied to your Apple or Google account, and "Go ad-free" can still be restored after deleting your data.
